These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of law that may apply to a particular user.

Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Republic of Croatia, subject to applicable mandatory jurisdictional rules.
